Job Description

Plan and supervise routine analytical work related to R&D and Process Engineering (PE) laboratory samples for subordinate staff.
Plan, coordinate, and execute Analytical Method Transfer (AMT) activities.
Plan, coordinate, and execute Analytical Method Validation (AMV) activities.
Provide training to analysts as required and ensure competency development.
Prepare and maintain protocols, reports, analytical records, and related documentation.
Review analytical results and ensure accuracy, compliance, and timely reporting.
Ensure timely calibration, maintenance, and proper functioning of laboratory instruments.
Develop, optimize, and troubleshoot new analytical methods to meet project requirements.
Perform qualification and maintenance of working standards in accordance with approved procedures.
Maintain Good Laboratory Practices (GLP) and ensure compliance with quality and regulatory requirements within the ARD laboratory.
