Job Description

Perform preventive and breakdown maintenance of HVAC systems.
Operate HVAC systems effectively to ensure optimal performance.
Clean HVAC filters regularly to prevent efficiency loss and maintain system performance.
Maintain accurate records of HVAC filter cleaning activities.
Maintain differential pressure records of manometers installed in HVAC systems.
Clean all air-conditioning units installed in the plant and office areas to ensure proper functioning and reliability.
Perform cleaning of all HVAC condensing units as per the maintenance schedule.
Ensure proper cleaning and housekeeping of HVAC equipment and surrounding areas.
Carry out gas charging of HVAC condensing units whenever refrigerant loss is identified.
