Job Description

Independently handle product development activities and troubleshoot technical issues within the R&D Department.
Develop new process concepts for research and development, production optimization, and yield improvement.
Collect, compile, and maintain analytical data generated from experiments in approved formats such as Excel sheets and Word documents.
Analyze and interpret analytical data to support process development, optimization, and decision-making.
Supervise trainees, provide technical guidance, and support their learning and development.
Plan and perform experiments, maintain Laboratory Notebook (LNB) records, and ensure all experimental data is accurately documented and kept up to date.
Provide daily progress updates and communicate project status, observations, and outcomes to senior team members.
